Use the order number and the email or phone number from your order confirmation. Claims must be filed within the store's claim window, usually 30 days from purchase.
Prefer to file on the store's website?
Every store that offers Delivery Guarantee also has its own claim page at their-store-address/apps/delivery-guarantee, linked in their footer or shipping emails. Filing here or there goes to the same place.
